In 2017 a team at A&D Prevost started questioning stakeholders in the window wall industry to identify the current state of the industry. Their goal was to identify areas of needed improvement the Prevost team could target during the development of a state-of-the-art window wall offering. After consulting with architects, developers, installers, consultants, and other stakeholders they summarized their findings into 7 key points.
The team worked on finding solutions to the 7 key points needing improvement with the goal of designing a new, innovative high performance window wall product. After years of design and development the Series 6000 Window Wall System is now available offering innovative design and performance solutions to Canada’s ever more stringent building envelope requirements.
Our presentation at BECOR’s Half-Day Technical Seminar Series for Innovative Systems and Products will introduce you to our recently introduced Series 6000 Window Wall System. We will highlight the road map we followed through the development of the product. In addition, we will introduce details and options our 6000 series system can offer to meet any design and performance requirements for Ottawa’s next high rise residential project.
